The HSI-1100WP is a 33mm, IP67-rated waterproof and dustproof industrial servo actuator engineered for high-torque, mission-critical applications. Featuring a 5-pole cored carbon brush motor, chrome-plated aluminum alloy case, and three steel gears with one Karbonite gear, it delivers exceptional durability in harsh environmental conditions.
Operating at 11.1–14.8V via PWM control protocol, the HSI-1100WP produces stall torque of up to 110 kgf·cm (1527.58 oz·in) at maximum voltage — making it one of the most powerful servo actuators in its class. With a no-load speed of 0.19 sec/60° and running current of up to 1300mA, it is purpose-built for demanding industrial automation, robotic, and unmanned ground system applications.
The machined aluminum case provides active heat dissipation during sustained high-load cycles, while dual ball bearings ensure mechanical longevity under continuous operation. The square 6.5 × 6.5mm horn gear spline provides secure output coupling for industrial mechanisms.
Backed by Hitec's ISO 9001:2015 certification and 50+ years of servo engineering expertise, the HSI-1100WP is programmable via the HFP-30 or DPC-20 programmer for full parameter customization including end points, fail-safe, dead band, and overload protection.
